This is what we call a Mexican General here in Arizona. They usually come out after the monsoons have ended. As you can see Megan loves them!!!
They really do have very pretty colors and are harmless, just really BIG.

Megan's laugh is so cute! What a fun way to spend some time as a family. I love it when kids get so excited over such little things.
