ONLY IN ARIZONA!

Only in Arizona would you be working in the backyard digging in dirt and find these. . . . .

Yep, LIZARD EGGS!

Braxton asked if he could keep them and watch them hatch, but all the books we read said that it is very hard to hatch lizard eggs without special equipment, but we talked someone who told us to just stick them in a container with some wet dirt and set them in the garage.

SOOOOOOOOO! that is what we did letting Braxton know that they would probably not hatch.

BUT . . . . . .

They did hatch all 6 of them in fact. We could not believe it!

We had to let them go because we have not idea how to feed them or take care of them. Braxton was a little sad, he really wanted to keep one as a pet, but he did good and let them go in the garden.

we told Braxton that whenever we see a lizard scurrying in the garden
that it is probably one of his.

COOL. You can usually count on being able to feed them crickets and stuff. Do your homework so then next time you catch one you can keep it! Do you know how much they cost here? $120.00 way to much to buy for sure.

Shan you should have let him keep on and called us. Chad know all about lizards. Next time call. He can even tell you what kind they were.

This is so neat! How fun to have baby lizards! They wouldn't have lived if they were at our home!
Your Sunday's look like a lot more fun than ours! My kids are always complaining about taking baths, I'll have to try hosing them off! Looks like you guys are always having so much fun!

Take care, Jess
